PRICING

All sizes of items are the same price. Consumers will be responsible for paying for shipping for orders under $75.00. If an order exceeds this price shipping will become complimentary.

GENERAL SHIPPING

Products in the US can take from 2-14 days depending on what shipping tier you pay for. Expect international shipping to take up to 21 days. If demand is high than this time can be delayed further. If this is the case there will be a notice describing the situation available on our website.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Due to the small scale and other logistical reasons, there is a zero return polocy. However, You may refund your order any time before is fulfilled. Orders are regularly shipped off on saturdays. If there are special circumstances feel free to contact us.

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have not received your package within the expected time, wait a few days just in case things are blocked up on the shipping carriers end. If your package has still not arrived, contact us and we will investigate the issue, dealing with it accordingly. If the package/product you recived is damaged, please contact us. Once we email you back you will required to send a picture of the damages. Once this is done, we will assess what the next steps should be.

Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal information will only be used to ship your product and nothing else. Content on social media showcasing products with shipping labels will be censored to ensure your safety.
